What’s the timeframe for dispatching orders?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Allowances may be needed during public holidays and/or business closures. Please stay up to date with any of our social medias to ensure we are operating as expected.
What’s the timeframe for local order delivery?
We aim to fulfill delivering all orders within the Te Anau/Manapouri area within 72 hours (but usually within 48 hours) when operating under normal business hours.
What’s the timeframe for order delivery by post?
NZ Post guidelines target delivery within 3 working days for tracked, economy packages, providing they are not experiencing delays.
Are there any COVID-19 related dispatch and/or delivery delays?
It is possible that we are experiencing issues and/or possible delays, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. We send the majority of our orders by NZ Post, and information and updates regarding possible delays can be checked on their website: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/COVID-19

What delivery services are used by One Eighty South?
We personally delivery all local items and ship domestically through NZ Post.
What kind of postal packaging does One Eighty South use?
We are conscious of our environment footprint and we will continue to explore this issue further. At current we use NZ Post courier bags that are made from 80% recycled materials and carbon neutral.
How can I track my order?
Domestic orders will receive a tracking number, that can then be followed on the NZ Post website:https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking
I live locally but the website isn’t accepting my postcode for free delivery, who can help me?
Firstly, we would like to apologize for this inconvenience. If you think you qualify as a local delivery but this isn’t being accepted by the website, please email us your details (including full delivery address) and we sort this issue for you: info@oneeightysouth.co.nz
I’m having issues placing an order, who can help?

I haven’t received any confirmation emails, what should I do?
This does happen from time to time, usually due to one or two reasons:
1. We are hiding in any possible JUNK and/or SPAM mail folder. Please make sure to check all inboxes and add as to your safe list if necessary.
2. The email address may not have been entered correctly at the time of order. Please get in touch if you’d like us to check this for you: info@oneeightysouth.co.nz
The items I received don’t match my order, who can help?
In the case of a mistake made by One Eighty South regarding your order, we do sincerely apologize for any possible frustration and inconvenience. Please get in contact with us ASAP, and we will endeavor to remedy the situation, without further customer cost: info@oneeightysouth.co.nz
Can I return my order once received?
One Eighty South is unable to accept any refunds once delivered. If you wish to query this, please contact our team via email: info@oneeightysouth.co.nz
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
One Eighty South requires a physical address for all deliveries and as such, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently One Eighty South ships within Aotearoa New Zealand only. If you are interested in purchasing from overseas, please contact us directly via email: info@oneeightysouth.co.nz
