Returns
We hope that everyone who purchases from One Eighty South enjoys our products as much as we do and we take pride in our tea selection 🙂
As the majority of our products are intended for consumption, unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on any product once it has been dispatched.
If the buyer has a change of mind before their purchase has been delivered and/or handed over to the couriers, please contact us directly at info@oneeightysouth.co.nz and our staff will try their best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability.
Damages and/or Faults
The team at One Eighty South do our best to ensure all purchased items are damage-free and fit for purpose before being dispatched. Customers are asked to check all items once received and to contact us atinfo@oneeightysouth.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving their goods if they believe an item to be damaged and/or faulty. We trust in the quality of our tea and oversee all packaging and as such, tea items specifically are unable to be returned.
