Lost Items
All orders made by those living in the Te Anau/Manapouri area are personally delivered to the buyers door by the One Eighty South team. Please ensure that all addresses are accurately recorded at the time of purchase and any special delivery instructions are included for our staff. One Eighty South is unable to take responsibility for the loss of items and/or purchases once delivery has been made.
All items sent by post include a tracking number for buyers to follow the status of their order. Unfortunately One Eighty South is unable to offer refunds on any items lost or misplaced by third-party delivery services. Nevertheless, please contact us at info@oneeightysouth.co.nz immediately if your order is missing and we will explore if any further actions can be taken.
